The Problem

A large energy firm had been struggling with managing their contractors. Though they had a contract management system in place, the overall projects struggled with scope creep, inefficient change management, claims and disputes. This subsequently led to project delays, legal hassles and revenue losses.

The Solution

Together with the client the Workle team identified specific areas where the company faced challenges. Existing contract management practices were studied, enhanced and custom training programs developed based on the firm’s goals. Interactive workshops with live scenario simulations helped the Project Managers value and understand the processes in depth. Extended post training support from dedicated Workle’s subject matter expert further enabled PMs’ to effectively implement the desired practices.
